The flats offer both En-suite and Studio room types, which students are free to apply for. All rooms are equipped with basic furniture and amenities to help students quickly settle into life in their new surroundings. In addition, the student flats are ideally located in the vicinity of a variety of supermarkets and restaurants so that students can quickly replenish their daily necessities. Unite Students Tramworks offers 233 rooms divided into 2 En-suite and 2 Studio room types. The En-suite is the most traditional room, and students are required to share the kitchen and living room with 4-5 people. The kitchens are equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, cooker, range hood, etc. The Studio is more suited to students who prefer to be alone and offers an entirely separate living space within the room. Each bedroom at the flat is equipped with an en-suite bathroom. Desks, wardrobes, curtains, mirrors, and outlets are available. An ample storage space for storing your luggage is at the head of the bed.
