Ryder on Olive is a Luxury Davis student housing Community.

It provides by the bed style leasing with a variety of room types, including private rooms with private bathroom, shared double rooms for 2 people with private bathroom, and luxury suites with private bathroom, each with its own character. Ryder offers a number of apartment combinations with these room styles, including a 2B, 3B, 4B and 5B. Interior amenities of the apartment include fully furnished rooms; the bedroom includes a full-size bed with mattress, 4 drawer dresser, a desk, and a desk chair. The living room comes equipt a 55-inch flat-screen TV, sofa, side table, arm chair, TV consol, and coffee table. The kitchen has energy efficient stainless steel appliances such as a fridge, dishwasher, 4 burner stove with attached oven, microwave, etc. Each unit has its own front loading washing and drying machine. The Ryder on Olive attaches great importance to students' living satisfaction, and the furniture is very comfortable, giving students a very good living experience.

Communal facilities include a heated swimming pool and hot tub, gas barbeques, 24-hour gym, karaoke lounge, social house, free coffee machines, 24-hour computer lounge with printer, and 9 study rooms throughout the building for quiet enjoyment. Ryder on Olive, creates the perfect balance between studies and relaxation time, with the varieties of amenities offered.  Management is on site 7 days a week during business hours. After hours, Ryder on Olive has a courtesy partol on the property 7 days a week, to monitor the property, and surrounding area, who are available at any time after hours. 

Ryder on Olive is located near the University of California, Davis, and it is ideally situated within a 10-minute walk from the university. Ryder on Olive is surrounded by restaurants, banks, supermarkets, and more within a 10-minute walk to downtown Davis. In addition, Kims Mart and Ho Ho Market are near the apartment. There is a wide range of goods, and you can find anything you need within walking distance. For coffee lovers, Volt, Peet's Coffee, Philz Coffee, and Pachamama Davis are just minutes away. There are a lot of restaurants around the apartment, like Sophia's Thai, Dumpling House, Woodstocks Pizza, Red 88, and Taqueria El Burrito, offering a wide variety of styles and flavors to choose from. If you need to go to the bank, you can go to the U.S. Bank Branch, Wells Fargo, Bank of American and Chase Bank which are very convenient for getting a bank card.
