• All bills (water, gas, and electricity) are covered in a separate utility fee.
• For all 38-week bookings in 2024/25, the utility fee is charged in full with your 1st installment €467.90 in total.
• You can pay for your laundry on a pay-as-you-go basis, using the on-site laundry facilities.
• You can make a one-time payment or choose to pay in installments (divided into 8 installments) without any transaction fees. An international guarantor is acceptable.
