【Location 】
It’s about a 5-minute walk to NIC and the campus, with all academic buildings within a 10-20 minute walk. The Business School is a 5-minute walk, and Memorial Library is about 7 minutes away.

【Surroundings 】
There’s a bus stop right outside the building, with the B line directly reaching the campus, and the 80 line goes straight to State Street for dining convenience. Various grocery stores, supermarkets, Chinese supermarkets, and restaurants are within walking distance. A Starbucks is right outside.

【Apartment Features 】
The apartments are fully furnished with an independent washer and dryer, stainless steel stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The units and bedroom doors are equipped with smart locks.
