Open for bookings in 2021, the 45-bed flats are ideal for those who prefer a quieter environment. iQ Sawmills has a choice of 3 En-suite (en-suite, shared kitchen) and 5 Studio (en-suite, separate kitchen) rooms, each of which is well-furnished and well-equipped with an en-suite bathroom. All rooms are equipped with beds, desks, chairs, mirrors and other supplies. There is a laundry room in the communal areas, secure bike storage and social spaces with TVs, such as the shared lounge. Two people can occupy the studio without a surcharge.
