All bedrooms have double beds, wardrobes, chests of drawers, desks and chairs and bedside tables. Free parking is also available outside the building if required. In addition, Oxheys Court Apartments offers free coffee and drinks Monday to Friday, and the rent is inclusive of utilities, so there's no need to worry about paying bills.

From Oxheys Court, students can walk to the University of Central Lancashire in 15 minutes, Preston College and Cardinal Newman College in 35 minutes by public transport, Inkerman Street and Moor Park Gates bus stops are within 10 minutes walk. Inkerman Street and Moor Park Gates bus stations are within a 10-minute walk and can be used to get to any part of Preston, and Preston train station is also close to the flats, making it easy for students to travel to other cities in the UK.

Security and Services

Oxheys Court Apartments offer secure access and video surveillance, and external visitors must pass through several electronic gates to enter the halls of residence. In addition, the Halls of Residence have their own independent facilities maintenance team; any problems with the Halls of Residence facilities after moving in can be reported directly to the Halls of Residence front desk; the Halls of Residence will be the first to repair them for you.
