The Hub offers three sizes of En-suite rooms (Private bathroom, shared kitchen), each of which is well furnished, fully equipped, and spacious. En-suite rooms are equipped with comfortable beds, lockers, desks and chairs, bookshelves, private bathrooms, sofas, TVs and other appliances. The communal kitchens have essential kitchen equipment such as refrigerators, microwaves, and hoovers. Students can also access common areas such as the laundry room, lounge, and bicycle parking. Transport

The University of Dundee is just across the road from The Hub student flats, a 6-minute walk away, and Abertay University, an 8-minute walk away. Hunter Street and Brown Street bus stops are next to the flats; from there, you can get to every crossroads in Dundee. Dundee train station is a 13-minute walk away, making it easy to get to the rest of the city.

Security and Service

The Hub student residences are equipped with 24-hour security, CCTV surveillance, 24-hour multiple electronic access control with video surveillance, and several electronic gates that visitors must pass through to enter the residences. In addition, the Hub has its own independent facilities maintenance team; if you have any problems with the facilities after you have moved in, you can report them directly to the front desk of the Hub, and the Hub will repair them for you as soon as possible.
