The Pavilion on Berry apartments are only a block away from the light rail station. Less than a mile away from the University of Minnesota campus, and close to St. Thomas University, our apartments offer the perfect location for any student. Our apartments have four floors, with an elevator, a gym, study spaces, complimentary computers, and a fun clubhouse. Each unit is fully furnished, including private bedrooms, full-size beds, indoor washer and dryer, TV, couch and chair, two dressing tables and a walk-in closet.
