Providing you with all rooms fully equipped means you can enjoy your private kitchen and bathroom, avoiding some of the unnecessary hassles of sharing with others. Collegiate Park House has double beds, tables and chairs, a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and plenty of storage space. The kitchens are fully equipped with microwave, stove and cooker. There is a communal lounge, bike storage, laundry room and gym with plenty of space and equipment to work out without having to leave the house, and Collegiate Park House offers free coffee, tea and other drinks, as well as free savoury bread every morning.

Transport

From Collegiate Park House, it is only about a 5-minute walk to Southampton Solent University. If you are a student at the University of Southampton, to get to the main campus, you will need to walk about 47 minutes from Collegiate Park House; you can also choose to walk to Civic Centre station and take the U1A bus for about 12 minutes to Jubilee Sports Hall station or Interchange. The University of Southampton Avenue Campus is 15 minutes away by public transport, and the University of Southampton Medical School is 30 minutes away. Southampton Central train station is a ten-minute walk away, making it easy to get to other cities in the UK.
