Each unit in the Griff Apartments in Columbus features in-unit washers and dryers, air conditioning, and high-speed internet access. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and closet space, so there is no need to share or coordinate class time. The shared kitchens are fully equipped with black appliances, a built-in dishwasher, and a washer & dryer set. There are separate locks in your room, which is highly private. • Resort-Style Pool: This is The Griff OSU's signature feature. A ​​huge outdoor pool with a sundeck and hot tub. Every summer and fall, it's the center of various pool parties, creating a vibrant social atmosphere.
• 24-Hour Fitness Center: The facilities are top-notch. It includes not only treadmills and elliptical machines, but also a dedicated free weights area and a yoga room. You can completely save on monthly gym membership fees.
• Starbucks Coffee Bar: Free freshly brewed coffee is available in the lobby every morning. For those with early classes, this is a lifesaver.
• Study Zone: The apartment complex features a business center with free printing services and private study rooms. During finals week, you don't have to brave the crowded library; the study rooms downstairs are quiet and comfortable.
• Tri-Village is a vibrant neighborhood just five miles northeast of Downtown Columbus. The Griff Apartments Columbus at Tri-Village has stylish restaurants, bars and cafes. Commute:

Many freshmen hesitate about The Griff Columbus because it's not on High Street. But as someone who's lived there, I can tell you that the commute is actually fantastic, especially for students in the College of Engineering, College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences, and those who frequently go to Lennox Town Center.

• Direct CABS Campus Bus Access: This is the biggest advantage of living at The Griff Columbus Ohio. The apartment is right next to the CABS (Campus Area Bus Service) Commuter Loop (CLS) and Buckeye Express (BE) stops.
• Getting to Class: Hop on the campus bus, and in about 10-15 minutes you'll be directly at the heart of North Campus (the roundabout) or Main Campus. No walking required, no need to brave the cold in winter; you're dropped off right near the academic buildings.
• High Frequency: During peak hours, the buses are very frequent, so you can basically hop on whenever you arrive.
• A Boon for Car Owners: If you have a car, parking on High Street is a nightmare (expensive and difficult to find). But at The Griff, parking is not a problem at all. The apartment provides ample off-street parking, making it extremely convenient to drive to Kroger for groceries (3 minutes) or to Easton for shopping.
