Swanston House Student Apartments opened in Belfast in 2018, offering high-quality accommodation for students in the city centre. The flats are available in En-suite and Studio room types, both of which are en-suite and have excellent internal facilities, with fully furnished bedrooms and kitchens with a full range of domestic appliances. En-suite rooms are fully equipped with a double bed, study table and chairs, full-length mirror, wardrobe and kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave etc. Studio rooms are available for double occupancy at no extra cost.

 

Swanston House Student Apartments offer spacious communal areas containing a lounge, study room, cinema, etc. There is also an outdoor courtyard where students can enjoy the fresh Belfast air. Swanston House is in a great location, so most places in Belfast are within walking distance. Queen's University Belfast is a 20-minute walk from Swanston House, Belfast City College is a 6-minute walk, and the University of Ulster's Jordanstown Campus is only a 40-minute bus ride away. Bus stops at all junctions within a 2-minute walk of the flats, and several routes pass through. The nearest train station is Great Victoria Street, a 6-minute walk away, making it easy for students to get around.

Swanston House student accommodation has a 24-hour electronic door entry system and video surveillance system, which requires visitors to pass through multiple electronic gates before entering the residence halls. In addition, Swanston House has its maintenance team, so if you have any problems with any of the facilities after you have moved in, you can report them directly to the front desk, and the house will repair them as soon as possible.
